Travel funding for medical students

The TAFP Foundation provides travel funding to attend TAFP meetings to students enrolled in a Texas medical school who are interested in family medicine. For more information, contact Juleah Williams at jwilliams@tafp.org or by phone at (512) 329-8666 ext. 135.

The Family Medicine Resident and Student Track is held in conjunction with TAFP’s C. Frank Webber Lectureship and Interim Session. It is geared toward family medicine residents and medical students interested in family medicine, and features a residency and career fair in the morning, lectures through the afternoon, and a networking event in the evening.

AAFP’s National Conference of Family Medicine Residents and Students
July 27 – 29, 2023 | Kansas City, Missouri

National Conference is the must-attend event of the year for students and residents. The event will continue to provide a valuable opportunity for attendees to learn, network and interact with exhibitors, many of which are residency programs.
