Exhibit at TAFP conferences

TAFP conferences are a great place to get your company or organization in front of the TAFP membership and other Texas health care providers. With three major events each year, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate meaningful interactions with our members.

Attendees to TAFP conferences are typically:

• Family physicians in both private and group practice
• Other primary care physicians
• Other primary care providers – physician assistants, nurse practitioners
• Family medicine resident physicians
• Academic leaders
• Policymakers from the state and local communities
• Medical students

Spring Conference — Friday April 21, 2023
C. Frank Webber Lectureship

• Renaissance Austin Hotel
• $1,000 for a tabletop exhibit on Friday, April 21
• Expect 300 attendees, mainly from Central Texas

Summer Conference — June 9 – 10, 2023
Texas Family Medicine Symposium

• La Cantera Hill Country Resort, San Antonio
• $1,500 for a tabletop exhibit for both Friday and Saturday
• Expect 300 attendees from across Texas

Fall Conference — November 10 – 11, 2023
Annual Session and Primary Care Summit

• Gaylord Texan Resort, Vineyard Tower, Grapevine
• $1,800 for a Commercial tabletop exhibit or $1,200 for an Allied Health tabletop exhibit (non-profit education or research organizations only)
• Exhibits are on Friday and half the day on Saturday
• Expect over 500 attendees from across Texas
