New for you: TAFP expands social network

As part of our continual effort to connect with members, TAFP has joined the social networking websites Facebook and Twitter.

Your Academy has its own “fan page” on Facebook—a page within the network where Academy staff can post upcoming events, videos, pictures, links and more. TAFP members may show their pride in TAFP by selecting “Become a Fan” at the top of the TAFP fan page. By becoming a fan, you will be able to post comments, start discussions on the discussion board, RSVP for events and more, interacting with your Academy in a new way. TAFP joined Twitter to keep members up to date with the day-to-day goings on at the Academy. Through this social networking site, TAFP Communications posts 140-character updates answering the question “What are you doing?” These posts and our interactions with other Twitter users are chronicled on our timeline. You can join the fun by visiting www.twitter.com/TXFamilyDocs and choosing to “follow” your Academy.
