Thank you for registering for the 2014 Primary Care Summit in Houston. TAFP is looking forward to seeing you at this year’s event.
Registration Schedule
Registration opens as scheduled on Friday, Oct. 17, at 6:15 a.m., in the 3rd floor foyer. The conference begins Friday morning at 7 a.m. with our CME breakfast lecture.
Please note that there are a few spots left in the Friday and Saturday SAM Workshops. Registration will be available for them at the on-site registration desk. All other attendees, including on-site registrants, will attend the Primary Care Summit general CME lectures on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. To verify you are registered for the SAM Workshop, please feel free to call TAFP at (512) 329-8666 ext. 136.
Hotel Information
All Primary Care Summit events are held at the Westin Oaks, located at 5011 Westheimer at Post Oak in Houston. Directions to the hotel can be found here. Our host hotel should not be confused with the Westin Galleria, a nearby hotel. Check-in for hotel guests at the Westin Oaks is available at 3 p.m. on your arrival date. Remember: Self-parking at the Westin Oaks is free and valet parking starts at $30 for overnight parking with in-and-out privileges.

Syllabus Materials
Printed course syllabus – The registration form provided an opportunity to purchase a printed syllabus in advance for $25. A limited number will be available for purchase on site for $30. We recommend arriving early to purchase a copy if you did not pre-order.
Online course syllabus – You will have free access to course syllabus materials through the mobile app and at www.tafp.org/professional-development/pcs-houston/cme. Individual PDFs of the slides and handouts are available as hyperlinks following each lecture title. These documents will be available from Tuesday, Oct. 14, to Monday, Oct. 27.
Attire
Attire for Primary Care Summit is business casual. TAFP encourages you to bring a jacket or sweater as temperatures in the meeting rooms can fluctuate.
