Online registration is now closed, but on-site registration will be available at the La Cantera Hill Country Resort on Friday starting at 6:30 a.m. in the San Antonio Ballroom foyer.
What registration includes
As an attendee, your general registration fees include: Admission to all CME sessions, comprehensive course syllabus in the mobile conference app and online, admission to CME breakfast and lunch lectures, dedicated time with exhibitors, and a TAFP conference bag and lanyard.
Optional printed syllabus
Through TAFP’s mobile app you’ll be able to download PDFs of the course syllabus straight to your smart phone or device. If you would still like a printed course syllabus, you can buy one for $25 in advance by marking your selection when you register. We will also have a limited supply of printed syllabi available on site for $30.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please note that there is a $75 cancellation fee if you cancel your registration before May 12, 2017. No refunds will be given after this date. Seating is limited and on-site registration may not be available, so be sure and register today!
