Target Audience
This activity is intended to meet the educational needs of family physicians and other primary care clinicians including internists, family physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Participation Instructions
Physicians should claim only those credits that reflect the time actually spent in the activity. To successfully earn credit, participants must complete each CME activity online during the valid credit period that is noted on the main page. To receive AMA PRA Category 1 Credit ™ and/or AAFP Prescribed Credit, you must complete the CME evaluation survey for each presentation you complete. Your full name, designation and email address must be completed within the CME evaluation surveys.

In order to receive CME credits you must read the learning objectives, faculty and planner disclosures, and accreditation statements. You must watch the presentations in their entirety including any Q&A sessions. Opportunities for additional questions for the faculty will be provided in the CME evaluation survey. The survey link will be provided on the presentation video pages.

Accreditation Statements
The Texas Academy of Family Physicians is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. TAFP designates this enduring internet educational activity for a maximum of 16.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
 
The AAFP has reviewed 2021 Primary Care Summit On-demand and deemed it acceptable for up to 16.75 Enduring Internet AAFP Prescribed credits. Term of Approval is from 11/22/2021 to 02/28/2022. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This course has been designated by TAFP for up to 2 hours of credit in ethics and/or professional responsibility. This conference includes sessions that help meet physician CME requirements mandated by the Texas Medical Board for pain management and human trafficking.
