Online registration is now closed, but on-site registration will still be available.
As an attendee, your general registration fee includes: Access to our conference mobile app; access to the online syllabus; admission to all general CME sessions; admission to breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday; refreshment breaks; and an official name badge, tote bag, and lanyard.
Optional printed syllabus
Through TAFP’s mobile app you’ll be able to download PDFs of the course syllabus straight to your smart phone or device. If you would still like a printed course syllabus, you may purchase one for $25 in advance by marking your selection when you register. We will have a limited supply of printed syllabi available on-site for $30.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please note that there is a $75 cancellation fee if you cancel your registration before March 21, 2018. No refunds will be given after this date. Seating is limited and on-site registration may not be available, so be sure and register today!
