TAFP Bylaws
View the TAFP Bylaws as amended at the TAFP Annual Session, November 2016. TAFP members can propose amendments to the bylaws before December each year. The TAFP Bylaws Committee reviews proposed bylaws amendments at its Interim Session meeting and submits proposed amendments to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors reviews the proposed amendments and can make a recommendation for or against adoption. It is the responsibility of TAFP members in attendance at the TAFP Annual Business and Awards Lunch in November to vote for or against adoption of changes to the TAFP Bylaws.
