Support the AAFP Foundation with the dues check-off campaign

When you renew your annual AAFP/TAFP dues this fall, consider supporting the AAFP Foundation by making a $50 check-off donation on your dues form. Your contribution will ensure that the important work of the Foundation continues. The AAFP Foundation is committed to advancing the values of family medicine and improving the health of all people.

Your gift:

• Supports humanitarian and charitable initiatives;
• Provides educational programs and opportunities for physicians, students, and patients;
• Attracts students to family medicine; and
• Stimulates and supports practice-based research.

You’ll also be supporting the Family Medicine Philanthropic Consortium, a consortium of Academy Chapters and Chapter Foundations responsible for annual programs that advance family medicine. In the past two years, TAFP has received grants to support the Student and Resident Conference and our Hard Hats for Little Heads initiative. To donate, simply check the “Yes” box on your AAFP dues statement. Your contribution is tax-deductible.
