TAFP’s Primary Care Summit – Dallas symposium typically draws more than 250 health care providers and gives attendees the opportunity to earn up to 25 credits of continuing medical education, with only one day out of the office.
Exhibit at Primary Care Summit – Dallas
TAFP offers exhibit space to no more than 15 exhibitors in this high-traffic zone at the conference. Attendees include family physicians in both private and group practice, internists, medical students, family medicine residents, academic leaders, and policymakers from the state and local communities. Exhibitors are typically pharmaceutical companies, electronic health record suppliers, armed services, home health providers, and other health-oriented companies and organizations.

Dessert Breaks—$2,500 per break
Everyone loves dessert and will love you for sponsoring a dessert break on Friday afternoon.
Beverage Breaks—$1,500 per break
Your sponsorship helps provide refreshing beverages to our attendees as they explore new concepts and the latest developments in the medical field while perusing the exhibit area. Your opportunity is now—drink it up, this one’s for you!
Conference Tote Bags—$7,500
A TAFP tradition, every attendee will receive a conference tote bag. Your company or product logo is printed on one side to ensure that your products or services are marketed to their full potential. We distribute these bags at each of TAFP’s four symposia, giving you a presence with conference attendees year-round.
Lunch Totes—$2,000
Let’s do lunch! Attendees will receive an insulated lunch tote showcasing your company’s logo. The totes will be a big hit at the conferences and year-round for busy physicians on the go.
Conference Lanyards—$1,500
Sponsor the lanyards TAFP will hand out at all four annual symposia to each conference attendee.
