Exhibit dates: October 28-29, 2022

Exhibitor move-in: Thursday, October 27, from 1 to 5 p.m.

Exhibit hours:

• Friday, October 28, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday, October 29, from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Exhibitor move-out: Saturday, October 29, from 12:15 to 5 p.m.

Type of exhibit

• Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high back drape‚3' high side dividers, one 6' x 30" blue skirted table, two Side Chairs, and one wastebasket.
• All aisles and booths will be carpeted with existing facility carpet. Exhibitors will be permitted to install carpet.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded material beginning September 27, 2022, at the following address.

Material arriving after October 20, 2022 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.

Onsite shipping

Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Thursday, October 27, 2022. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
