Innovators Competition — Win $10,000
Share your model of behavioral health integration and you could win
The goal of TAFP’s Behavioral Health Integration Innovators Competition is to highlight the best models for integrating behavioral health in primary care practices in Texas.
We are seeking simple and effective models that can be employed by a variety of practices. You’ve already done the work, now share it for the opportunity to inspire others and win $10,000.
Registration for the competition is now closed.
Competition details
Challenge
Winning teams will provide the best model of behavioral health integration that they have already successfully implemented.
Goals
The competition will foster a network of behavioral health integration models for the primary care physician community. All applicants will share their best practices, while showing physicians that “it can be done.”
Summary
We have identified three settings of care that address the challenge. They are: (i) academic settings; (ii) integrated health systems; and (iii) small group and solo practices. Those that enter do not need to be TAFP members, but must be from a primary care practice in Texas. The top teams in each of the three “settings-of-care” categories will be rewarded with a monetary prize of $10,000.
