Easily search the Medicaid Formulary with online resources |
Three resources are now available to help you navigate the Medicaid formulary. The VDP Formulary Search identifies products that are part of the Vendor Drug Program Medicaid, CHIP, KHC, and CSHCN formularies. The Enhanced Formulary Search allows users to search the Vendor Drug formulary and view any criteria used to evaluate a prior authorization for a specific drug and the alternate therapies that are allowed. The Epocrates Free Subscription Formulary Search allows for searches by drug name through the Internet or handheld device to determine products that are preferred, non-preferred, or subject to clinical edit criteria. New vaccine pocket guides now available |
Now available: Submit your order for new or updated vaccine information guides. The 2012-2013 Influenza Vaccine Pocket Information Guide includes new recommendations for vaccination of children ages 6 months through 8 years as well as information on the availability of vaccination services at various community settings. The soon-to-be-updated Pneumococcal Vaccination Pocket Guide will include the recommendation for certain high-risk adults to receive pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV13) and other related issues. In addition, two new laminated pocket guides are available for the administration of tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis (Tdap) and zoster vaccines.
