Mark your calendars for drug disposal day, April 30
The DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day will again take place all across the country April 30. Residents will be invited to drop off unused, expired, and unwanted prescription and over the counter drugs at selected collection sites, to be announced April 1. Apply for an immunization grant from TMA
The Texas Medical Association will accept applications for its Be Wise — Immunize grants through March 1. The program offers grants of up to $2,500 to fund free or low-cost vaccination events for underserved and uninsured patients. Apply for an immunization grant on the TMA website.
