Zika resource from Texas DSHS
Texas’ Department of State Health Services created a website with up-to-date information on the Zika virus in the state including CDC guidance, answers to common questions, and all materials in Spanish. There are currently 10 cases in the state in Harris, Bexar, and Dallas counties. See patient and provider resources regarding Zika at www.texaszika.org.

TAFP Foundation research grants due March 1
Applications for TAFP Foundation research grants are due Tuesday, March 1. The maximum grant amount was raised this year to $7,500 and can now be used for principal investigator salary and benefits.
