Read his legislative overview blog here. Medicaid providers must re-enroll by next spring A new federal regulation is making Medicaid providers periodically re-enroll in the Medicaid program. All Texas providers who enrolled prior to Jan. 1, 2013, must re-enroll by March 24, 2016. The Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership recently made changes to the enrollment portal, simplifying the enrollment process. Read more about re-enrollment in this TMHP document.
