Nominate a champion for child immunization for CDC award
The 2013 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Foundation seeks nominations for the 2013 CDC Childhood Immunization Champion Award, which recognizes individuals who make a significant contribution toward improving public health through their work in childhood immunization. Award criteria, eligibility, and nomination materials are available at www.cdc.gov/vaccines/champions.
